If a member made multiple reservations for the same event, thus preventing other members to opportunity to attend the sale, the event organizer reserves the right to cancel the additional reservations made by the member for the same event, without liability.
Members Responsibilities:
Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the event booking process.
Members must comply with any rules, regulations, or guidelines set by the event organizer.
Members are responsible for any costs, risks, or liabilities associated with attending the event.
Intellectual Property:
The website and its content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, are protected by intellectual property laws.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the website without prior written consent from the event organizer.
Disclaimer of Liability:
The event organizer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or participation in events.
The event organizer does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event details provided by the event organizer.
